Once you have created your Tugger, you may have reason (or a requirement) for a new Username and Password for those accessing the Odata.


We would certainly recommend Regenerating the access details when there are employee changes.


This is a simple process available on the Analytics Setup screen.


Ensure the Analysis Setup is selected, then click on the Regenerate option shown in the image below.

You will notice that the Username and Password are updated, which completes the process.


Obviously, the new username and password will need to be provided for those who require access.
