Pre-Requisites:
- A connector setup for Simpro.
If you have set up the connector to report on only one company (how to check follows) then a new connector will need setting up.
You can check on your Tugger account, after navigating to My Connectors (usually opens at that page by default) > then click on View Details of your connector. If it says something other than View Details, then it is the wrong page.
As you can see, regardless of connector type, View Details exists.
Consider the following two images. One contains the Multi-Company Option highlighted, whereas the other has it missing. If your connector is setup as just one company from the multi-company build, it will be clearly visible, as per the third image. (options 1 & 2.) You will see the chosen company indicated.
Multi-Company builds is situated between Simpro Build Details & Simpro Catalogue Data.
When setting up a connector, there is the option to report only a specific company (image below); the third image (immediately above), displays the results of choosing that option.
