Pre-requisite for this: that the person accessing the account needs the permissions set to include billing.


To add a new user, perhaps with just billing permissions, the image below points you in the right direction. An existing user can be edited (via their name in the image below) to give them the required access, if required.


This can be ignored if they already have the required access.





To Update the Billing Settings


After logging into Tugger, you will likely be presented with the following screen.



Navigate to Billing, image below (1).


Then select Update Card Details (2).



You should then be presented with a popup, similar to below.



Complete the required sections as needed, then 'Update card details'.



After some seconds, you will be returned to the Billing screen, presuming that the new details entered processed as expected; our payment provider should offer a reason for any errors.


You should see the new details, if they were card related, displayed in the section indicated.
