This process presumes you have registered for Tugger and have signed in. (Sign Up Here).
You will also have previously linked Survey Monkey to Tugger.
If you're not sure if you have linked Tugger and Survey Monkey, or just wish to confirm it is linked, the following steps demonstrate where to check if your Survey Monkey account is linked to Tugger.
If you're not already logged into Survey Monkey, please do so.
Once logged in, you are presented with the Dashboard.
From there, navigate to My Account, available from the options indicated in the upper right side, via a dropdown.
From My Account, scroll down the page until you see Linked Accounts (highlighted in the image below).
If your account is already linked to Tugger, you will see it displayed under the Application sub-heading (as shown in the image).
This confirms that your account is linked to Tugger.
To remove that link, simply click on the 'unlink' option. Warning: Your Tugger connector will no longer Tug any data from Survey Monkey.
