If you find you cannot log into your account, try the various steps below.

Check Your Email Address

  • Is the email address you are using, the one signed up to Tugger?
  • Check the spelling, when we’re in hurry, sometimes we miss-type.

Reset Your Password

  • Reset your password via the link on the Login page.
  • You should receive an email shortly; if after a few minutes (10 to 15 minutes at the most) you don’t see an email from us, then check Spam. It is unavoidable, but perfectly innocuous and legitimate emails can sometimes be mis-categorised.
  • The link to reset your password only has a short duration; if it expires before you get the chance to use it, then please request another.
  • Please note that one should avoid clicking the link more than once.
  • It is also worth noting that multiple password resets can result in your account being locked; although this is inconvenient, when all you want to do is access Tugger, it is there as a security measure.

Clear Your Browser’s Cache

It is unlikely you will have to perform the steps here, but a browser’s cache can contain a lot of data and can also get corrupted, which then prevents access to an account.

If you are still unable to access your account, we recommend contacting support; please take a screen shot of any errors you have received, as well as the email address associated with your account.

Please make sure there are no security details visible in any screenshots, such as (for example) the OData link and login credentials.
