For the standard sign up process: (Sign Up Here). The following documentation is appropriate to the standard sign up process for Xero: available here.

When using your Xero Email (as an SSO), the following information in this document should be of assistance.

The first part of this document details signing up to Tugger, using your Xero login email.

The second part details logging in after previously signing up.

If you wish to contact us for support, this can be done using: support@tuggerapp.com.

Depending on if you have 2Factor enabled in Xero (or not as in the below image) you will need to either authenticate, setup or click 'Not Now'.

Note: Setting up 2Factor Authentication in Xero is beyond the scope of this document.

You should then be presented with the following screen

b) is the user account information, again the example above is displayed.

Note: option 'a' and/or 'b' may not be displayed.

To continue with the process, Allow Access needs to actioned, as per the image.

This will return you to Tugger.

Here you will have to complete the sign-up process.

1. Fill in the details as appropriate.

2. For this option, choose 'Partner'.

3. This must be checked, providing you are happy with the T&Cs.

4. Submit when ready.
